Our Journey: Truehost Ghana

January 2016

Back in 2016, we began developing websites for local and international clients as a side project, separate from our parent company’s main product, Ryanada’s Jisort Product Development. During this period, we were relying on three different hosting providers to manage our clients’ websites and applications.

However, we quickly realized that our clients were facing several challenges:

• Hosting Service Quality: The level of service provided by existing hosting companies did not meet the expectations of growing businesses.
• Computing Resources: Many websites and applications struggled due to insufficient server power and limited resources.
• Customer Support: Clients often experienced slow response times and limited assistance when they needed help.
• Pricing: Hosting fees were either unpredictable or did not reflect the value being delivered.

We knew we needed a better solution. Driven by the desire to provide a professional, reliable, and customer-focused hosting experience, we set out to build an innovative managed cloud service platform specifically designed to solve these challenges. Our goal was to guarantee our clients:

We started small, with a single dedicated staff member, one virtual server, a suite of basic software tools, and a handful of clients who trusted us with their hosting needs.

Over the following months, through learning experiences, continuous improvements, and encouragement from satisfied clients, our company grew rapidly. Today, Truehost Ghana proudly manages a cluster of servers, employs more than 20 skilled staff members, and serves over 30,000 clients across five continents. We remain deeply humbled by the trust our clients have placed in us and continue to work hard every day to deliver excellent hosting services.
